I have been very fortunate to get to fly many different types of aircraft thanks to my test pilot experiences as well as timing (the spectrum of military aircraft has been reduced-OK, I've been around a while). Below is a listing of the aircraft I have flown, meaning I have sat in the pilot's seat (or occasionally the copilot's seat if restrictions dictated) and manipulated the controls as the (however temporarily) sole controller of the aircraft. In almost all cases I have performed at least one landing. They are identified by aircraft type and I have grouped versions of the aircraft (such as A-7E and TA-7C) together. I don't really think it is "fair" to count differences like this as different aircraft as far as "the number of aircraft I have flown" as some do. If I did that I would get 8 for the different F-18 versions I've flown and my total aircraft types would be over 100! Clicking on a photo should pop up a larger window that includes other photos, my notes about the aircraft, TPS Qual Eval sheets and videos if available. Please forgive any errors due to my poor memory. Thanks and I hope you enjoy it!
